NEW: SICAT Biteplate design

Starting October 2011, SICAT Biteplates, used for the production of radiographic templates, will be delivered in a modified design: Two additional radio-opaque markers will better support Conebeam systems with smaller volumes. The new rounded corners of the SICAT Biteplates make the seat of the radiographic template more comfortable in the patient's mouth.

Expansion of the SICAT Team

We are happy to announce yet another expansion in our support and sales teams.

Nicole Behrmann is the latest addition to the SICAT sales team and started to support South Germany since July 2011. She is available for in-office demos for all SICAT products.

NEW: SICAT Implant Version 1.4

The new version of SICAT Implant 1.4 is available starting October 2011 and includes some exciting new features such as "Abutment planning" and "Drill sleeve planning".

With the feature "Abutment planning" both, prosthetic and anatomic requirements can be equally met. In many cases the type and model of the standard abutment can be determined already during the planning stage. "Drill sleeve planning" helps establish whether the implant plan is feasible or not.

NEW: Drill Sleeve Planning
in SICAT Implant 1.4

The new version of SICAT Implant 1.4 (available starting October 2011) includes the exciting feature "Drill sleeve planning". All available sleeves of guided implant systems as well as pilot sleeves can be visualized directly in the software.

"Drill sleeve planning" allows a thorough review of the feasibility of the implant plan. Possible complications such as the collision of sleeves with the gingiva, a neighboring tooth or sleeve will be visible during implant planning and can be avoided accordingly.
