How do I send an adjusted plan to SICAT?

To send an adjusted plan to SICAT, please follow these steps:
1. Open the plan
2. Make your changes
3. Select‘Plan’…’Export Plan
4. Type in the patients name as ´filename´
5. Select desktop and
6. Click on save.
You will find a small icon XML-file on the desktop which can be attached to an e-mail.

Can SICAT work with a viewer (wrap&go)?

No, a viewer is only intended for third party viewing. SICAT always needs an order.

Can SICAT work with a DICOM file?

No, a DICOM file is data that derives from a cone beam scan. SICAT always needs an order file.

How do I create a SICAT account?

You can register at SICAT anytime via the SICAT Portal. For details, follow the instructions in the SICAT Portal.

What do I do if the order wizard does not connect automatically to the SICAT File Uploader?

You can manually upload your order by using our SICAT File Uploader. Alternatively you can use the upload link on the SICAT start page on the bottom right.

Where do I find the link to the SICAT File Uploader?

For the link to the SICAT File Uploader check out the SICAT start page on the bottom right. Alternatively you can navigate directly to the SICAT File Uploader.

How do I submit a new SSI file to SICAT?

You can send the optical surface scan by using our SICAT File Uploader. Alternatively you can use the upload link on the SICAT start page on the bottom right.
