In the following, we would like to provide you with information according to Art. 13 GDPR in regard to the processing or your personal data in connection with your application.

Purpose of processing; categories of processed data
We process the data that you have send to us in connection with your application to determine your suitability for the job (or possibly other open positions in our company) and to carry out the application procedure.
Legal foundations
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the application procedure is the new § 26 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, 2018 (German Federal Data Protection Act, 2018). Afterwards, data processing required in connection with the decision about the justification of an employment relationship is permitted.
If the data is necessary to support any legal measures after the application procedure has been completed, data processing may be carried out on the basis of the prerequisites according to Art. 6 GDPR, particularly for protecting the legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our interest is then to enforce or defend claims.
Storage period
If an application is rejected, the applicant data is deleted after 6 months.
In case you have agreed to a continued data storage of your personal data according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a, your data is added to our applicant pool. In the applicant pool, the data is deleted after a period of 2 years.
If a job is offered to you in the course of the application procedure, your data is transferred to our human resources information system.
Recipients or categories of recipients of your data
After your application has been received, your application data is reviewed by the human resources department and by the employees involved in the application procedure to coordinate the follow-up procedure. In our company, only individuals have access to your data who need it for properly carrying out our application procedure.
Rights of the persons concerned
When processing your personal data as defined by the GDPR through SICAT GmbH & Co. KG, you as the person concerned have comprehensive rights towards SICAT GmbH & Co. KG as responsible authority.
Each individual concerned has

Right to withdraw your consent
