SIMPLE, DIGITAL WORKFLOW – ORDER THE OPTISLEEP IN JUST A FEW STEPS
1. Intraoralscan of the patient’s jaw
Create intraoral scans of the patient’s upper and lower jaw in treatment position and save as STL data.

2. SICAT OPTISLEEP order
Select “Place new order” in the SICAT Portal, click on “OPTISLEEP based on intraoral scans” and follow the steps of the ordering process.
1. 3D X-ray scan of the patient
3D X-ray scan in protruded position with your CBCT system. You set the degree of protrusion by simply using a bite fork, such as the George Gauge.
2. Fusion of optical surface scan data
Capturing of the optical surface scan data of the patient’s upper and lower jaw and subsequent fusion with the 3D data within SICAT Air.
3. Ordering the SICAT OPTISLEEP therapeutic appliance
After fully digital planning, you can directly order the patient-individual OPTISLEEP therapeutic appliance with just a click of a button right from the software. Thus you are ready for implementing the appliance-based treatment.
