To allow a remote connection, please download the software.
Execute the software by double-clicking on TeamViewerQS.exe and send ID with password to the SICAT Supporter.



Access to your computer can only be granted while the software is active and we receive the password. If you have concerns, you can disconnect the remote access at any time by closing the software.

By using the TeamViewer QuickSupport and the verbal transfer of your ID-number and the corresponding password, you agree that the server of the company TeamViewer GmbH, establish a connection between your computer and the SICAT support.

SICAT GmbH & Co. KG receives direct access to your computer via this program. Please make sure that all applications and data you don’t want to share are closed.

SICAT GmbH & Co. KG assumes no liability for the programs installed on your computer or your security hard- or software. The customer is solely responsible for his data security, regular backups and an up to date virus protection.
